At BuyUnited, we work to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.
1. Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that 3–7 business days is an estimated timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery period.
In rare circumstances, courier or logistical delays may occur, and delivery can take up to 15–30 days.
Such delays may occur due to circumstances including:
- Courier service delays
- Weather conditions
- Festivals and public holidays
- High shipping volumes
- Transportation or logistical issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Remote or difficult-to-reach locations
- Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch after successful payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other operational circumstances.
The estimated delivery period generally begins after the order has been dispatched.
3. Tracking
Where tracking is available, we will provide the applicable tracking information after your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the courier receives the shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the correct:
- Name
- House/building number
- Street/locality
- City
- State
- PIN code
- Contact number
BuyUnited is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Courier Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping provider.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date because courier operations are outside our direct control.
In rare cases, a shipment may take 15–30 days to arrive.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We may contact the courier or shipping provider to investigate the shipment.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and its contents before disposing of the packaging.
If the product itself is damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about submitting a claim.
8. Delivery Attempts
Customers should remain available to receive their order and cooperate with the courier regarding delivery attempts.
Repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or an incorrect address may result in additional shipping arrangements or charges.
